PaperSwoop is operated from the United States. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
PaperSwoop provides browser-based tools for working with PDF and Word files. Free users can use the free tools up to the daily limits shown on the site. PaperSwoop Premium removes those limits and unlocks additional tools.
Your files
Your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us. You keep all rights to your documents. You are responsible for having the right to use, convert and sign the files you work with, and for keeping your own backups.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PaperSwoop for anything illegal, including forging signatures or documents.
- Try to bypass the free limits or Premium checks, or share, resell or publish license keys.
- Interfere with the site, or copy, scrape or resell the service.
Premium subscriptions
- Premium is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and may charge applicable sales tax or VAT.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email. Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Your license key is for your personal use. You may use it on your own devices.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell existing subscribers before a price change takes effect.
Advertising
The free version may show ads. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.
No warranty
PaperSwoop is provided "as is" and "as available". Conversions are automated and may not perfectly preserve every layout, font or element of the original file. Please check your results before relying on them. We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PaperSwoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. You may stop using PaperSwoop at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PaperSwoop is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
